The Nine steps of this article basically states to stay calm, apologize, and react correspondingly in a polite manner to entail a calmer situation, so that way your parents do not become even further enraged. All of these apply because arguments can spike up easily. The best advice is to stay calm because getting angry with your parents while they're angry does nothing to help the situation. The worst of advice is honestly trying to explain your point of view because they will honestly not care. They will only assume that they themselves are right and will generally make it about them justifying why they are angry, even if it for something that shouldn't have them so upset in the first place. When dealing with parents that are unreasonable i just say okay to what they say and leave it at that to prevent hearing their unreasonable anger.

The nine steps are basically accept your mistakes and apologize because fighting with your parent are going to to get thing even worst, because for some reason parents always think they are right even though they are not sometimes.the best thing you could do is to. Breath deeply and stay chill so your parents cool down and talk in a relax way.the worst advice is to yell at them back and get into the same level that will make a disaster. But the most important advice I could give is to not get on trouble with your parents at least trying will make things better I know is really hard to control your self when your parents are yelling and saying painful things to you but just block all of the sound around you and deal with it.

You should be careful about what you say and how you say it. Being in an argument doesn't mean you need to raise your voice. Keep a level head and think before you say anything. I try to keep a level head and quiet voice bit sometimes my mom doesn't give me a chance to explain what actually happened. When that happens sometimes I raise my voice to try and get her to stop yelling so I can explain.

The nine steps of this article are basically saying the right way to deal with your parents when both have problems. When parents are mad at us, we need to stay clam and honest. Whenever parents are yelling or angry at us, there must be something wrong that we did. Just accept it and don't back talk to them, we don't want thing to become worse or further. Wait until we both are clam down, then make a discussion to decide who is right or wrong and apologize to each other.

The steps are easy, you should change the way you are speaking to them, know why they are mad and try to talk with them, do not talk back to them. You should remain calm, do not get worked up, explain your side and get them to understand, it is normal for them to be mad at you, it happens, do not mimic what they are saying. You should not be so focused on their face and tell the truth always. I need to understand their side as well rather than thinking i am right all the time. I don't think i need to work on mimic because i don't do that. The best advice is to understand both sides, look at it from every angle. Worst would probably be to not focus too hard on the conversation. My advice is to just let it go, it probably is not that important, and just try to talk it out find a middle.

The steps are really straight forward and explain themselves clearly. You will be a master at dealing with your parents shouting at you. Although I don't encounter this issue often, these steps are a good thing to take note of. I think the best advice out of all of these steps is to attempt to explain the situation from your point of view. I think this might reveal a change of thought or interpretation into your parents eyes. I believe the worse advice on this list is remain calm, It's easier said than done. Although it would help, I don't think it's very realistic. My own advice would be to just deal with your own issues, maybe through seeking advice. But just deal with your issues until you're old enough to move out. Parents might find my advice unreasonable, but I believe students my age will agree.

The nine steps basically say that you have to understand why you're getting yelled at, be in their shoes, and to stay calm. The don't talk back one, I sometimes snap back at them. It's hard to not snap at them but sometimes it's just best to not say anything and accept it. I never mimic my parents so it doesn't really apply to me. I know if I mimic them a bad habit would form and they might hear it which would cause me to get more in trouble. The best advice is to stay calm and be understanding. The worst advice is not to pay attention to the steps. My best advice is to always listen to them first and then once they're calm talk to them about the situation.

The nine steps are stating to be calm, and apologize. To me this does not apply. My parents don’t really get angry or hit me . My best advice is to keep your head up and talk to an adult that cares for you and try to get out of that house. The worst advice is to say “ just put up with it”. Guidelines I would give for unreasonable people is to study then see what they like and incorporate what they like into your statement and see if it gets better.

When you are getting yelled at by your parents just remember that they are yelling at you because they care. Let them get their point of view across and just agree with whatever they say and don’t argue back or give attitude. Just be calm and tell them the truth and how you feel.

The advice was good, difficult to follow. The steps apply to all situations of life not just parent. For example, teachers bosses, any type of authority. My advice for parents is to just ignore it until you're 18 then leave and never come back.

All nine steps are very easy to follow basically just control your behavior & be emotionally intelligent or else your parents are going to yell at you every day until they get tired and might kick you out of the house & no one wants to be out in the streets exposed to danger. We all should just be good people and not do anything that we know will have bad consequences.

We should just follow the rules both as an American and kid if you are. Watch your actions before you do anything or it will go bad. ALWAYS listen to your parents till your 18 that way your parents wont get stressed out or even making them struggle. Do your thing but in a chill way.

We should always obey our parents even though there are pints in your life when you don't want to or feel the need to we should. The nine steps aren't hard to understand or hard to follow but it's going to take time and training to do.

The nine steps explain how to respond to an argument with your parents and how to avoid it turning into something bigger. In summary, do whatever you need to make it seem like your sorry even if you aren't wrong because maybe they do it out of worry or fear sometimes parents just act, all you need to do is communicate respectfully

In the article the one' that apply to me is the one where you just listen. Even if it's hard to just sit there and listen to what they have to say it's the best thing that you can do. The ones that don't apply to me is to not talk back. It's hard to listen and not talk back when they say something like trying to provoke me so it's hard not to say something to them or when they are out of ear shot. The best advice is to wait and say it in your perspective so they can now sit there and listen to how you feel about the situation. The worst advice is to change your behavior because it's hard to just go back to normal when you're angry or mad at something. My own advice that I do that's not good is to just listen to what they have to say and if you guys feel differently let them know and if they don't agree just speak your mind and walk away even though walking away can be disrespectful during a conversation

1. The first step is before you yell when it's necessary, change your behavior so your parents know you're taking this seriously. The second step is know why they are shouting at you. Third is to not argue back by shouting or yelling. Fourth is to keep your cool. After that, try to explain the situation from your point of view. The, remember that these things will happen from time to time. Seventh is to not mock or mimic them if you think they can still hear you from a distance. Eighth is to always make eye contact instead of concentrating on the conversation. Lastly, always tell the truth.

when my parents are unhappy I usually try to agree with them and stay out of their way. this article is mainly focused on staying calm. being able to control your emotions can also play a huge part in this. you must also recognize what is happening and why it is happening. you must remain calm and accept your mistakes and make a point when they are calm. you must remain honest because you will get caught up in your own lie. you don't want to lie because when you get caught the punishment will be greater.

The article talks about how to remain calm and try not to worsen the situation. I don't ever get into arguments with either of parents but, often, my mom will get frustrated. And it's difficult to deal with my mom when she's in a bad mood, so I try not to frustrate her more by changing my demeanor. The best advice for me from this article is #1. The worst advice for me from this article is #2, #5 and #9. The best advice I could give to dealing with angry parents is to remain calm and composed. Talk in a relaxed tone.

How I deal with angry parents I just agree to what they say. When they say something that is true I agree and say I can do better. When they say something that isn't true I try and let them know that it is not true and if they do not believe me I wait until their not mad and tell them the full story. The best advice is to wait for your parents not to be mad and talk to them about it later. The worst advice is to keep going back in forth with them thinking you are the adult. My own advice on dealing with parents is I just don't say anything and not talk to them all day if what they said isn't true and they don't want to hear me out, I stay quiet. Until I'm calm and their calm I'll talk when everything isn't heated up and explain the situation.

1. The article is simply to stay calm and attentive when your parent is talking to you and not make a fuss because you further anger them and cause the consequences and actions of your parents to be pushed further.
