If I committed a serious crime as a teen yes I believe I should be punished as an adult. If u cant do the time dont do the crime, you shouldn't be let off because you are younger, you still know it was wrong therefore should be punished. A juvenile is a young person or a teen, adolescent, minor. A juvenile is someone who is not legally an adult yet, allot of their decisions are made for them and they are taken care of by a parent or guardian. They are still dependent and their guardians are responsible for them no matter what they do. The main idea of this is to see if juveniles breaking the law should be punished as if they were adults. I think they should be, if they know they will be trued as an adult there is a lesser chance of them doing it. Also they shouldn't be let off easy because they are a couple yeas younger, its not like they didnt know what they were doing. They did the crime and they knew it was illegal so they should be punished just like everyone else.

If I committed a serious crime I would not think its fair to get the same punishment as an adult, I think that way because we are still kids and we still need to learn from our mistakes, yes we know right from wrong but I still believe we all deserve a second chance to prove ourselves. juvenile is a jail for people under the age of 18. some of the differences between juvenile and regular jail is the way the people get treated, how they are learning and the different people and environment in it.

If I were to make a crime It shouldn't matter because a crime is a crime. I would just say it depends on what you do is how you should be punished. Do I think you should be punished the same way as adults? Hmm I will say no because as we are young we make mistakes and we have to learn from those mistakes. A juvenile is a young teen or as they would say a young adult spending time in prison. I would say the main differences from an adult prisoner and a juvenile is that a juvenile is a young teen and doesn't do as much time as an adult would.

I don’t think it would be fair to punish a kid the same as a adult because a kid still growing a kid is still learning the ways of life. I think on some stuff like murder I think it’s fair to treat a juvenile as a adult but on other stuff I really don’t think it’s fair a kids brain is still growing and learning. A juvenile is a kid or someone under 18. I would say the main difference between a adult and a juvenile is the simple fact that juvenile are still growing and learning how to become a adult.

I think that people my age should get treated the same as an a duly that commits the same crime. The reason why is because we know right from wrong. We know what the consequences are if we commit a crime so if you get caught committing the crime you should definitely get treated the same. A juvenile is a young person. A synonym for juvenile would be a minor or an adolescent. The difference between and adult and a juvenile is obviously the age one is an adult and the other is a child. I feel that it also depends on what kind of crime it is if it has to do with murder they should do some stuff that has to do with their mental health. But I genuinely feel that they should be treated the same as an adult because a crime is a crime no matter what.

If I committed a crime as a kid I would think the kids should be punished as adults . Just because their kids does not mean that they should not be punished for what they do . Like if a kid murder someone why should they not go to jail or even death row . But instead people want to give them a second chance to go kill another human being . What if one of those human beings with someone that you loved would you want to punish him . I would you give him a second chance and not try him as an adult ? A juvenile is a kid . Some synonyms for juvenile are young kids . The difference between an adult and a juvenile is the age . I don’t think that we should really focus on the age if the crime is that bad . Like rape, murder, and suicide . They are all crimes that should be accounted for present time even if you are a juvenile . Once you hit 18 you are considered an adult and able to be tried as an adult .

If right now I committed a crime of course I would want to get charged as an adult. I believe I think like an adult and I'm pretty sure there is others that think like so too. I also believe people who act childish should the same amount as an adult so they can realizes that life is no joke. A juvenile is someone who is not yet an adult legally. The main difference of an adult and a juvenile is that the juvenile is still learning and growing.

I think that it’s depending on what the crime was, maybe petty things or not so serious crimes yes as a child, but if it’s serious then for sure an adult consequence. A juvenile is I’m pretty sure someone who is just under the age of 18. Teen is a good synonym I think. Well an adult has to be past the age of 18, so that’s one, if not then it’s a juvenile still.

If i committed a serious crime i do believe i should be punished the same way as an adult who made the same crime as i did. I am 17 so that is basically an adult and i know from right and wrong so if i committed a crime best chances are that i knew what i was doing. I believe that kids 17 should know what is right and wrong and if they commit something wrong then they need to be punished to set them straight. A Juvenile is a young person under the age of 17, juveniles are young people who commit crimes. The difference between a juvenile and an adult is that juveniles are young kids who’s brains aren’t fully developed as much as older peoples are and they act on emotions and most dont understand what they are doing, adults are grown up people who are 18 or older who knows that if they do something wrong, they know from wrong and right.

If I were to commit a crime I would feel like i should be trialed as an adult because I reached the age of 18 but if i wasnt 18 i feel like they should be trialed according to the crime, age and even mental state. Juvenile relates to young people but not necessarily delinquents. I feel the age of 18-21. People who are about 18 years and older have a lot more responsibilities in life like work and school. NOw there are some cases where teens younger have jobs and responsibilities like paying a bill or taking care of their siblings these are factors i feel separate juveniles to adults.

If you commit a serious crime you should be punished. A juvenile should get less time depending on how severe it was. Juveniles tend to get pressured into things and should still be able to have a life and be able to be a better person.

If I committed a crime I should get the same punishment that an adult would get because it wouldn't be fair if the adults have to make up from what they did and me as teen wouldn't have to go to jail or juvenile. But it also depends on what type of crime I did because a lot of people get trialed different from what they did. If I had to go to juvenile with the crime I did I'm pretty sure once I turn 18 I would have to go to jail just like how the rest of the other adults when they commit a crime.
