I don't know much about the causes of 9/11 but I know some of the general information one should know. So of what I know, 9/11 was when terrorists hijacked 4 airliners and drove them into the targeted areas in the US back in 2001. Two planes were flown into the World Trade Center towers, one was flown into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and one into a field in Pennsylvania. There was also over 3,000 known civilian deaths and over 400 police officer and firefighter deaths. I was too young to remember this or to understand this tragedy that well at the moment but my parents were definitely shocked and devasted as well as the rest of the nation. 9/11 was a devastating and unforgettable event that definitely made a huge impact in US history.

9/11 was an extremely dramatic event. So many people lost their lives due these planes penetrating a building. So witnesses say people were jumping off these two towers. This event led to a change in our security checks at international airports. I was watching the news actually when this event was happening. At approximately 9:00 the headline BREAKING NEWS appeared on my television. I have watched the news ever since this event. I encourage everyone to watch the news.

I only know the general information released about 9/11 which is basically the cause of how the and why the planes were crashed in the buildings. This affected history soon it was put in all books and it's something that we'll forever remember. And how much of a strong country we are to overcome this. It was so out of nowhere as well , like one minute it's a weather broadcast the next it's breaking news that planes have been hijacked and hundreds of people we're either dead dying or going to die. My dad didn't get to see it he was at work but he said later on at his work they put it on minutes after it had happened. My mom was at home with me ( I was too young to remember or understand ) but she got to see it happen on t.v , she said she did get emotional and started to cry. It was scary and to even rewatch videos it still is difficult to watch without getting emotional. This is why it is important to stay in touch with the real world to also be safe and alert.

This time in the United States was a bad time. All of the family's got destroyed from all the deaths. These people hated life. It hurt the whole United States and made everyone mad. We all did something to get back at who did this to the United States.

9/11 is considered to be one of the most devastating of the many terrorist attacks that have occurred in the US. Several thousand people lost their lives to the two planes that were crashed into the World Trade Center. Another plane was aimed for the Pentagon, but the last plane was retaken by the passengers and crashed into an unpopulated area. However, there were no survivors from any of the crashes, passenger or terrorist. I have no memory of the time, but everyone was shocked. This wound helped the country to unify and bond, but the price of several thousand lives is hardly worth it. It will not be remembered as anything but a terrible day in history.

The year of 9/11 I was 4 years old. I don't remember anything at all about that day but I do remember the years following. My mom told me about the day that it came on the news and said that it was a scary moment for the nation. She told me that everyone was scared and was wondering what city was next. She said that she and her family in LA were worried because it could have possibly been that city. In the end I realized that this country was torn apart by the incidents on 9/11 and it never completely went away.

I personally don't remeber much about what had happened in 911 but I do remember hearing it once when I was a kid . My family were worried that day cayuse of what was happening and I mean who wouldn't be scared especially when it's two high jacked planes that ran into the 2 tallest towers. And all I remeber now is that's why they were watching cause at the time I didn't know what was going on.

The events on 9/11 were some very horrible events. My family talks about how quiet those moments were as everyone was watching the events on TV. Everyone was surprised because no one has experienced something this awful. There are many people who knew people in the area but personally I didn't. I'm glad and thankful for my family not being in the area at that moment. I hope no one has to experience this tragic moment ever again.

September 11 was a day the world was tested. It showed how the security for air ports were very insafe. That day many people died and the families were devastated. They were robbed by the viscous reality of life. People do things that are very bad and innocent people get hurt. That's what happened in this situation. My family did get to see this and what they think is that it was an awful site. They didn't believe that this was happening.I have my respects to the people who died there.

9/11 was one of the most tragic days in US history. I was too young to remember that day though. I have watched documentaries and it was a very tough sight to see. My family was in pure shock and sorrow after this attack. It is a day no one in america will ever forget.

On the of 9/11 a tragic event swept across the entire country. That day I was an infant, who did not know much of what was going on. I know on that day 4 planes were hijacked by terrorists. Two of the planes hit the twin towers, another the pentagon and the other crash landed in Pennsylvania. I would say my family was in distraught after hearing news and an event that will never be erased from history or their memory.

I don’t remember anything from the 11th of September. When the event happened I was ten months. My mom told me about it and said she remembers everything about that day. She said we were in our house in Vegas when she heard what had happened on the news. It was on every news channel that we turned on and everyone was scared.

I was clearly not there to experience 9/11 but from what I know it was such a tragedy. My parents were young when it happened. From what my parents told me is they were just in the living room doing typical things as they were listening to the news and stopped what they were doing and were so shocked on what they heard. They couldn’t believe what they heard and what they were looking at. All I know is that I there were many family members who passed from this day and I wish them the best.

During the event of 9/11 I was just a year old, my siblings were only in middle school and my mom was at home. We didnt have anyone related to us in the building but we had friends of the family. It was a very tragic time even though I was so young I could feel the sorrow throughout the house. My mom had the tv on and she started watching after the first plane had crashed. Watching all the smoke and fire rise from the building she says was traumatizing and also seeing the second plane crash into the next tower gave everyone a huge gasp. The family was so sad while watching and seeing the people who jumped from the building and even more heartbroken from learning we knew people who had been inside.

On 9 11 i really don’t remember what happen because I was born 2 months earlier. I was supposed to be born on 9/11 but I was born before. Throughout me growing up I’ve learned more and more about the event. It’s a terrible event it killed hundreds of people it was a disaster. I can’t belive that would happen. I’ve asked my mom what she was doing on 9/11 and she said that she was watching her daycare and me then all the sudden she turned on the news and seen the terrible event. My dad was on duty at the time and he found out right away. It was a terrible event in history and it will always be rembered.

On September 11th, 2001. A terrorist attack took place in the US. Several airplanes were hijacked and flown into buildings that would sever the United States. The most known one is the World Trade Center that had the twin towers . They flew planes into both towers at different times but, they both crumbled down and fell. One hijacked plane was taken back by the passengers and crashed down into a grassy area, killing the passengers still, but saving many others from the original target. Many many people had died in this tragic act of terror. The United States was taken back by what had occurred. The president at the time (Bush)declared a war on terrorism, leading up to more violence. My family wasn't affected much except for my parents, as they were the only one old enough to actually remember anything. They saw it on the t.v. and remember it happening on the news. And joined in the sorrow of millions of other people throughout the country.

I was only a month old when the tragic event of 9/11 occurred. What i do know about 9/11 is that it was a terrorist attack on 3 locations. The pentagon, the White House and the World trade center twin towers. 4 planes were hijacked with innocent passengers on board. 2 planes struck the World trade center another at the pentagon. But the fourth plane crashed in the fields in Pennsylvania. It was obvious that their hijacking attempt was a fail. It was said their target was the White House but the passengers aboard the plane stopped this from happening causing the ship to crash. Although further damage was prevented America still took a big hit and a heavy toll that will forever be remembered in U.S history.

9/11 was on of the biggest things that has happen in history. When 9/11 happen I wasn't even born yet, I was still in my mom's stomach. Basically what happen in 9/11 was that 4 planes got hijacked. The planes where supposed to crash into the White House but, luckily the passengers on board where able to stop it though, there was still damages. The main place where was a big tragic area was the twin towers because of ton of people where killed from the planes since it caught the towers on fire as well people where committing suicide. It also hit the pentagon.

When I think of 9/11 the first thing in my head is airplanes. It was a very sad thing that happened on that day. I remember when I about 4 I remember actually learning about it and my mom would tell me stories. I was only 2 when it happened so I don’t remember much. My mom tells me how everything was about the World Trade Center and that’s all you saw on TV. She said that everyone felt fear because we didn’t know we were going to be attacked or killed. She thought that a war was going to start and my uncles would have to deploy. One of them did to Afganistán and he was shot but luckily he made it and was okay. To my family that day is taken ver serious and it’s a sad but memorable day. I wish I was little bit older at the time to fully understand.
