Without weakness, there is no strength. What does that mean? Think for a second. If you are weak, simply, you have no strength. But if you are strong, then you have no weakness… Is that true? Let’s think a bit deeper. Simply put, strength without weakness. Strength. What is strength? Being strong doesn’t mean you can lift up heavy objects or win some silly bench press competition. Being strong requires a weakness. Because if you have no weakness, then what are you strong against? Strength doesn’t matter if you are not weak. Then, there would be no epic battles, no saving the world, bla bla bla. Every superhero has a weakness. Superman is weak against kryptonite. Batman is weak against death, therefore, he doesn’t kill anybody, nor dies himself. And Hulk is weak against calamity. Being calm makes the Hulk go back to his original self. Now think. Is being calm really a weakness? It is to the Hulk, but with others, not much. Is death a weakness? Sure, but for those around you, it is temporary. And is kryptonite a weakness? Nope. Everyone has their own individual weakness. Mine for example are my thoughts. My thoughts tell me that I am weak, but if i can get rid of those thoughts, I can become strong again, but if my thoughts are gone, then I am not strong. i am just a normal person. See? Therefore it is impossible for anyone to be strong without weakness. Not only are you impacted, but you are scarred because of your weakness. Then therefore you are strong. This may sound confusing to some of you. Is that your weakness? Are you weak against my speech? What if I stopped, would you all be strong again? No, because I have stopped talking and the weakness would no longer exist.

In a small village there lived three headstrong villagers. Augustus the Acquisitive, Marcellus the Mercenary, and Victoria the Vain. The were a mischievous lot in their day. Augustus was the sneakiest schemer in the whole village, he stole and begged and cheated and lied. He would do anything for money, gold and diamonds. Marcellus was the stingiest of the stingy. He was one of the richest in the whole village but he didn’t like to share, not even with his family. He would let hell freeze over before he would even consider offer one of his possessions to someone other than himself. Then there was Victoria, she used to be the prettiest girl in all the land but it faded away with age. She found it amusing for men to literally kill over her because it just made her feel better about her beauty. She would promise the most desperate of men her hand in marriage just to collect the valuable rings and then she would leave them just like that.

weakness needs strength just like good needs bad left needs right and fear need bravery.you can not become strong without going throught the feeling of weakness. think of it as lifting weights, you have a max weght you are able to lift. anymore than that is to much so you mush become stronger and build in order to go past you max weight.

This is all true. I agree in terms of everything needing a specific other and opposite. For example, if good didn't have a bad, then how would we know the difference between the two? It sounds like common sense but in a way goes much deeper than expected in this specific idea. Understanding what and how weakness is. Believe it or not, everyone will have their point of weakness sooner or later. The fact that they have weakness doesn't make the person, but how they react to that weakness shows character about that person.

It all started when a kid got done with the fifth grade and was heading to his first year of middle school, he was excited and ready to go back to school and to see his friends again he started of his first month of middle school with good grades and everything seemed fine. But until one day everything had changed, and that kid would not get good grades anymore. The reason the kid was not getting his good grades anymore was because he would always go to school, and he would spend time with his friends and would always get distracted in class which caused him not to get his work done in class and the situation that the kid was facing was a situation where he was not learning anything because he would always go to school and mess around and not get his work done. Soon after the kid had noticed everything that he was doing wrong in school he started to feel many emotions. The emotions that this kid was feeling are stress and regret. The reason that he was feeling the emotion of regret was because he would always mess around with his friends and not make the right decisions in his academics. And the reason he was feeling stressed was because he was not getting any of his work done and getting bad grades. But then the kid realized and decided to make a change in his academics. His first year of middle school ended and then he started his second year of middle school. The kid started his first month with good grades and everything was going well, and he kept and maintained his good grades in 7th grade because he was not getting distracted anymore and he was paying attention in class and was getting his work done. Then the kid started to get awards for his good academics so then the kid realized and started to make the right decisions. So therefore, my audience, I wrote this poem to teach you guys that school is not always about going to see your friends or to mess around, it is a place to go where you can gain knowledge, learn new things and to prepare yourself for your future life and job. And if you think that school is about going to see your friends and mess around you might end up in the same situation that this kid ended up in.

I could instruct individuals on weightlifting techniques for weight loss or even weight gain. I enjoy working out, so I could offer guidance to anyone who wishes to start lifting weights or become in shape. I was 200 pounds when I was 13 years old, and I've since shed 60+ pounds. I am able to instruct and support others in doing the same. When people visit the gym, they have two objectives in mind: 1. they hope to gain some muscle, or 2. They desire to reduce their weight. I wanted to start lifting after losing weight because I was so thin and had no muscle at all. To achieve their goals, I would advise folks to either be in a calorie surplus to put on weight and build muscle, or a calorie deficit to reduce weight. People who have lost weight may be reluctant to increase their caloric intake because they are worried about gaining it back. I can relate to this because I was reluctant to gain weight in order to add muscle. I would genuinely love to teach this subject since watching others advance and feeling good about all the progress I have made myself makes me smile. Since going to the gym is my "therapy," I think it would be a lot of fun and intriguing to teach others about it.
